New Tuition Policies – Important
Effective Jan. 1, 2010
Starting in 2010, Cash Lovell Stables & Riding Academy will introduce a new billing policy that is tuition based. Most families will be familiar with this type of billing from other local sports and dance facilities including
A tuition-based payment plan means there will charge a flat fee for monthly riding lessons. Monthly rates are based on 4 weeks. Fees are the same each month regardless of holidays or "fifth weeks".

Please note that if you choose to discontinue your monthly draft, you must notify the office IN WRITING prior to the 20th in order to not be billed for the following month.
How to Get Set-Up With Plan #1 (It's SO Easy!)
Please stop by the CLS Office during the next couple of weeks. You will need to do two things:
1. Fill out a New Registration/Liability Form.
2. Give us a voided copy of a check.

We will now accept a Bank Draft (our preference!), Cash, Personal Checks, Visa (NEW!), Mastercard (NEW!) or Discover (NEW!).
Lesson Prices and Length
Lesson prices: $30 per lesson for Plan #1, $35 per lesson for Plan #2.
Single lessons for riders who are not on our regular schedule are $38 per lesson. A "single" lesson is for riders that do not ride 4 times per month.
Lesson Length: Private Lessons are 30 minutes each. Group lessons are 45 minutes each.

New Riders Can Start Their Lessons Anytime
Students enrolling for the first time will make one payment initially for the Registration Fee and the number of lessons remaining in that month, based on the $30 rate. After that, the above policies apply.
Registration Fees
For riders enrolling on or after Jan. 1, 2010, a $25.00 registration fee will be added to the first month's lessons. For existing CLS riders, or new riders who are enrolled before Jan. 1, 2010, there will be NO Registration Fee. Please note: Riders who stop their lessons for the summer months will be asked to pay a $25.00 registration fee at the beginning of their re-enrollment.
CLS will require that ALL existing and new riders fill out our new Registration Form, regardless of pay plan chosen.
Returned Check Fees
There is a $25.00 returned fee on returned checks and bounced bank drafts.
Months with Five Weeks
If your lessons fall on a month in which there are five riding lessons instead of four, you will only be charged for four lessons. There will be no charge for the fifth lesson. Alternatively, when CLS is closed due to a
Make-up Lessons
Lessons missed due to illness, injury or special events may be made up within 30 days of the missed class. Lessons can be made up 7 days a week. There is no refund for missed classes due to absences or inclement weather. If you schedule a make-up class, you must call and cancel or you forfeit the make-up.
Single Lessons
For riders who do not ride in a regular weekly lesson, lesson prices will $38 per lesson. This lesson can be paid for with cash, check, Mastercard, Visa or Discover.
Stopping Your Tuition Payment Program
In order to be removed from the CLS Class Roster, we must receive notification in writing prior to the 20th of each month to be dropped from a class the following month.
Office and Lesson Hours:
1. Our office staff hours are: Monday - Thursday: 1:30 PM to 6:30 PM, Friday: 9:00 am to 6:00 PM, Saturday: 9:00 am to 1:00 PM, Sunday: Open by appointment. Parker Lovell often is in the office at times other than those listed, so always feel free to call.
2. Lessons are taught 7 days a week throughout the morning, afternoon and evening.
3. Lessons must be cancelled, by calling or emailing the CLS office, at least 24 hours prior to the lesson. Contacting instructors via their cell phones is not an acceptable form of cancellation. Cancellations must be made to: parklv9@aol.com or by calling 336-784-6385.
Rider Attire
All riders should wear appropriate riding clothes including low-heeled, thin-soled boots, jeans, jodhpur or other appropriate English riding pants, and a well-fitted helmet. Gloves are optional (but many riders, and all show riders, wear them). All equipment can be purchased from our Tack Shop. We beat any competitors prices, GUARANTEED.
