Sondra is the assistant trainer at CLS, where she works closely with Cash Lovell conditioning and training the barn’s string of champion American Saddlebred Show Horses. Sondra works full-time at CLS, and she also attends Salem College as a full-time student where she is pursuing her business degree.
In 2010, Sondra received a prestigious $5,000 scholarship from the American Saddlebred Horse Association. This award recognizes an outstanding student who exhibits academic success, a high level of community involvement and a passion for American Saddlebred horses.
Previously, Sondra spent two years at William Woods in Fulton, Mo., where she was a student in the Equestrian Studies department. Sondra’s pink cheeks and bubbly personality make her a highly popular instructor. Her specialty is starting young riders. Sondra is originally from Indiana, and she grew up riding and training at Betsy Webb Stables in Louisville, KY.
