Cash doesn't remember a time when he didn't work with horses. At two years old, he began working horses alongside his father, Cash II, and his uncle Clem. Cash learned to train show horses from these two legendary horsemen, and then he went on to work under numerous other accomplished trainers across the country.
When his father retired from training horses to start the now famous Cash Lovell Bit Shop, Cash became the third generation of Lovells to take over the family's namesake business He went on to produce more World and National Champion Saddlebreds than his father, grandfather and uncle combined! He's a much sought after, high-ranking United States Equestrian Federation Judge, and he travels internationally judging horse shows and giving training clinics.
Cash's greatest joy is working in the barn alongside his youngest daughter, Cashlyn, teaching her to ride and "feel" a horse, preparing what he hopes might be the fourth generation Lovell to run CLS.
