2009 ASAC Three-Gaited Pony Grand Champion
Caroline Anderson has been riding Saddlebreds since she was three years old. She been riding with Cash Lovell Stables now for seven years. Her first show horse was named "Boxer." Caroline says, "He was huge and very hard to ride. Everyone told me that if I could ride him I could handle any horse."
Caroline says she's incredibly grateful to her grandmother who gave her a second show horse named Lexie. And this time, it was a perfect fit.
She says, "I can’t thank her enough for this great
present."
When Caroline got Lexi she was a "17-year old three-gaited pony who acted like she was 4. She is also a three time world champion. Caroline says, "Lexie taught me how to show and gave me a greater love for the sport."
In 2009, Caroline started riding Philosopher and is excited about the show season. She has such an incredible attitude about riding. She says, "In my life I have won over a hundred ribbons. But truly, the greatest thing I have done is to have been able to own and ride an American Saddlebred."
