2009 ASAC High Point Reserve Grand Champion Pleasure Pony 2009 JD Massey: Pleasure Pony Champion and Reserve Grand Champion About Ashley Ashley started taking lessons at Cash Lovell Stables when she was eight years old. After one year of lessons, she began competing in the Academy Program. After an extremely successful two years in Academy, her parents purchased her first horse for her. Ashley was presented with "Ginger" at the CLS Christmas party in December of 2008 and began showing in the English Pleasure Pony Division in the spring of 2009. When she is not at the barn with her instructor Ms. Kathryn, you can find her in 6th grade at Forsyth Country Day School, practicing basketball with her team at the WCCC, playing the piano, practicing the viola or spending time with her family and friends.
